What’s new at Tata Neu? How it differs from Jio, Amazon

Tata Digital’s latest offering, an all-in-one SuperApp has been launched with all the firepower of Tata brands, around 2,500 offline stores and an already tapped consumer base of 120 million users, Tata Neu s is positioned as a serious challenger for the likes of Amazon, Reliance Jio, Paytm and Flipkart.

The mobile app, pioneering the model followed by WeChat and Alibaba in China, promises to bring together all consumer services, businesses and products under one roof. Paying utilities, paying bills, buying medicine, shopping for clothes and gadgets, booking flights and hotels, and delivering food – you can do it all at Tata Neu.

What does Tata Neu offer?

1) When you download and register on Tata Neu, you can order groceries from BigBasket, get a test from 1mg, book a stay at an IHCL hotel, buy electronics from Croma, order a meals on Qmin, style your wardrobe with Tata CLiQ and Westside and book a flight on Air Asia.

2) Users can earn benefits and privileges, which can be earned by using different services and purchasing Tata products. For payments, one can make in-store purchases and pay other utility bills using Tata Pay.

3) With Tata Pay, one can also make payments on several tata-branded apps, websites and in-store using NeuCoins, Cards, UPI, EMI, etc. Payments to local stores, theaters, pharmacies or any other store can also be made. using a QR code.

4) Like Paytm, Google Pay or PhonePe, users can pay electricity, mobile, DTH, broadband and recharge bills. Using Tata Pay UPI they can send money to anyone with a bank account.
